Our mission is to empower our clients by developing personal brands that best position clients across their digital channels.

Personalized Storytelling: We approach each client’s story the way people are taught to write papers in school, with a thesis statement, followed by supporting arguments. Our process revolves around applying this simple core logic to career positioning, educational advancement, entrepreneurial branding, and dating, helping clients develop their narratives as they embark on their personal and professional journeys. The narrative is your pitch: who you are, where you’ve come from, where you’re going, and how you’re going to get there. The journey articulates what you’ve achieved along the way. A personal brand story needs to be relevant to engage people—We help clients map what they have to what people want. Client stories need to be distinctive so that people will remember them—We help identify the elements that differentiate a client’s brand, and develop details that make it memorable. Keith Grafman, Creative Content Consulting Co-Founder

KEITH GRAFMAN
Co-founder

Keith began his career in the media industry, working at an advertising agency, and quickly acknowledged his calling to pivot into sales.

He brings fifteen years of experience in navigating sales and business development across multiple industries, working with clients in the retail, financial services, medical and healthcare, emerging technology, and entertainment industry landscapes.

In 2016, his debut book, The Art of Instant Message was published, becoming the only book to teach online daters how to project personality through instant messaging. Keith’s book is based on his theory developed around the importance of having a digital footprint that is relevant, distinctive, and consistent.

Given his broad expertise in advertising sales, content marketing, and brand promotion, coupled with the passion for helping online dating clients develop and tell their stories, Keith joined forces with Raymund Wong, to co-found Creative Content Consulting. Together they leverage their diverse set of skills in executive consulting and personal branding to work with clients across career-positioning, educational advancement, entrepreneurial promotion, and dating.

During college, Keith taught himself to play guitar, sing, arrange, and compose music, fueling a passion for songwriting that led him to win multiple songwriting awards in an international contest. He also speaks four languages, having taught himself the basics of French, and in his spare time, enjoys teaching himself to play new musical instruments, being creative in the kitchen, and traveling around the world where he fearlessly attempts to speak new foreign languages.

RAYMUND WONG
Co-Founder

Ray comes to Creative Content Consulting from the litigation and advisory consulting world, specializing in valuation and business analysis, forensic accounting, and financial economics. He devised and supervised the implementation of analyses for numerous general advisory and litigation projects, while recruiting, mentoring, and evaluating research staff direct reports.

In his prior career, Ray issued valuation reports on the various equity, debt, and derivative securities of private companies with complex capital structures, and has also been retained as a consulting expert on matters involving forensic accounting issues, valuation, and broker/customer disputes, presenting results and findings in mediations and arbitrations, and to the United States Department of Justice.

Ray leverages his experience in project acquisition – which included routine individual and team interviews with demanding clients, and required continuously adapting prior experience to new projects – to complement Keith’s client branding focus from his advertising, content, and online dating background.

Ray holds a Master of Accounting degree from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Arts in economics from the University of Michigan. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (“CFA”) charterholder, a Certified Public Accountant (“CPA”), and is Accredited in Business Valuation (“ABV”) by the AICPA.

Ray is an avid martial arts practitioner, having studied Hung Ga Kung Fu for almost 20 years, and teaching regular classes in his spare time. He also plays the piano badly, and enjoys tormenting people with terrible singing at his karaoke parties.
